Venzariq S.A., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71829401-8, with registered office at Av. Leandro N. Alem 855, 12th Floor, C1001AAT, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of the personal data collected through venzariq.com.

We only collect the data you provide voluntarily when filling in forms: full name and email address. In addition, we gather limited technical information such as anonymised IP address, browser type and pages visited, via cookies and similar technologies.
3. Purpose of processing
The data is used to (i) deliver the newsletter you subscribe to; (ii) respond to enquiries; (iii) improve the quality of the service and its content; and (iv) comply with the legal, accounting and regulatory obligations in force in Argentina.

Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent, as well as on the legitimate interest of Venzariq S.A. to operate the service and comply with applicable regulations.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating and erasure by writing to privacidad@venzariq.com. The Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública is the supervisory authority for Law 25.326 and receives complaints regarding personal data protection.

We apply reasonable technical, physical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or undue disclosure.
